Rental Fees
Fee Schedule:
Rental Deposit - $100 Due upon submission of application and applied towards total rental fee.
Damage/Non-Compliance Deposit – $350 Due upon submission of application. This deposit should be a separate check from the rental deposit and will be held until after event and returned if premises are found clean and without damage. Renters must comply with rules stated on application: we cannot allow pets, smoking or alcohol on the premises. Renters must also follow noise ordinance after 10pm. If there is evidence of non-compliance, Damage/Non-Compliance Deposit will be cashed.
First Day Rental – $200 first facility and $100 each additional facility
Multi-Day Rentals – $125 for all rented facitilies the day after first day rental
Overnight Guests – $10 per guest
Rental and Damage/Non-Compliance Deposits are due at time of application submittal. Rental Deposit will be cashed at that time and is applicable to rental fee. Damage/Non-Compliance All rental fees are due 14 days before rental dates. Rental Deposit is fully refundable from application date until 30 days before event. Rental Deposit is not refundable if reservation is canceled within 30 days of event.
****Rental Fees applies to the the following:
1. First Baptist Church of Austin members who would like to use the property for non-church activities.
2. Individuals or groups other than First Baptist Church of Austin members.
There is no fee First Baptist Church of Austin sponsored activities. However, groups must still complete the application to reserve facilities.
